Pasta Evangelists prize draw terms & conditions

Promotion and prize draw open to UK residents only, aged 16 or over, and under 18s require parental consent, except for employees and immediate family members of SpareRoom, Pasta Evangelists, their agencies or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize draw.

The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11.59pm on 28th March 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using multiple entries or acting fraudulently or dishonestly, these entries will be disqualified and their prize entitlement will be void.

The winner will receive a 3 month subscription to Pasta Evangelists. This equates to one delivery of two portions per delivery per month for 3 months.

The winner will be selected at random after the closing date and contacted by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within a further 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and allocated to an alternative winner drawn at the same time as the original.

To redeem the prize the winner will be required to create an online account with Pasta Evangelists, and register with valid card details. Please note that after 3 deliveries have taken place, the subscription will turn into a paid plan. In the event that you do not wish for this to be the case, you are required to cancel your subscription.

The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize.

Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted to receive information from Pact, and will be bound by these terms and conditions. If information is no longer wanted from either party you will have the option to unsubscribe from any data lists.

The Promoter(s) reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

The Promoter(s) will only process data for the purpose is has been collected, and will not process data for other reasons without the consent or knowledge of the data subject(s).

Personal data will only be retained for as long as is essential to the account and/or customer, and will be stored in accordance with GDPR best practice.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry.

The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize.

These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
