SpareRoom.co.uk 2016 Flatshare Survey competition terms and conditions

• The competition is run by Flatshare Ltd, trading as SpareRoom.co.uk
• Employees of Flatshare Ltd, their family members, anyone connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition aren’t permitted to enter
• There’s no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter
• Closing date for entry will be December 14th 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted
• The prize is a £75 high street voucher – there are five prizes. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable
• Winners will be chosen at random after the closing date and informed by email within 28 days
• If we can’t contact the winner, or they don’t claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner
• Flatshare Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
